Accreditation form & guidelines
To ensure that our event runs smoothly, media representatives must follow our accreditation guidelines. This process helps us manage access and provide the necessary support for our media partners.

- Accreditation is granted exclusively for the purpose of journalistic coverage of the event. The event organizer is entitled to request proof of journalistic activity from journalists as part of the accreditation process.
- The presentation of a press pass can serve as an indication of full-time journalistic activity. The organizer reserves the right to request further evidence to verify journalistic activity.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject accreditations without giving reasons.
- With accreditation, the organizer is granted revocable consent to store the accredited person's name and contact details on a press mailing list and to send press information related to the respective series of events.
Eligibility criteria
- Accreditation is open to journalists, photographers and videographers working for recognized media outlets. Please submit your accreditation form by the stated deadline.
- Submit your accreditation form, before the deadline.
