TRYP EXPO is a public event open to everyone. It is designed for both curious newcomers and experienced professionals across mental health, research, therapy, coaching, wellness and personal development.

Yes. An on-site awareness team is available throughout the event to support the safety and well-being of all guests.

Yes. Most workshops are included in your ticket. Single 1:1 Sessions are available for extra booking.
Workshops operate on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to secure your spot or mat. -
Yes. All ticket holders receive re-entry access during the validity of their ticket.

New speakers, workshops, experiences and artists will be announced continuously in the months leading up to the festival.

One complimentary day is included with Curious Explorer. Unlimited access is included with Gold Explorer. Light Explorer tickets can add access separately.
